You can ask us to permanently delete your LetterFuse account and all of the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make that request, what we remove, and how long it takes.

How to Request Deletion

To delete your account, email us at support@playletterfuse.com with the subject line “Delete My Account.” So that we can locate your account, please include the registered email address you use to sign in to LetterFuse.

What Will Be Deleted

Once we process your request, we permanently remove the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your game progress — levels, streaks, mascots, and daily- and friend-challenge records
• Your scores and leaderboard standings
• Your coins and other virtual-item balances

A limited set of records may be retained only where required by law (for example, transaction records for completed purchases), as described in our Privacy Policy.

How Long It Takes

We complete account and data deletion within 30 days of receiving and verifying your request. We may contact you at your registered email address to confirm before we proceed. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
